Your Right to Data Deletion

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. Corem8 (operated by Core M8 Ltd) is committed to honouring these requests promptly.

How to Request Deletion

To request deletion of your personal data, please contact us using one of the following methods:

• Email: privacy@corem8.com
• Subject line:"Data Deletion Request"
• Include: Your full name, the email address associated with your account, and your company name (if applicable).

What We Will Delete

Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove:

• Your account profile and login credentials
• Contact information (name, email, phone number)
• Customer and lead records you created
• Messages and conversation history
• Job and invoice records
• Any other personal data associated with your account

Exceptions

We may retain certain data where required by law, including financial transaction records (retained for 7 years as required by HMRC), and anonymised analytical data that cannot be linked back to you.

Timeline

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion within 30 calendar days. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.

Facebook / Meta Data

If you connected your WhatsApp Business account to Corem8, we will also remove any data received through the Meta/WhatsApp integration, including message content and contact information. To revoke Corem8's access to your Meta data independently, visit your Facebook Business Integrations settings.
